We are a Lacrosse Club pulling kids from West Seattle, Seatac, Burien, Des Moines and Federal Way. We have youth teams for boys and girls. The boys teams feed into our High School team.

The season is from March to June with preseason practices starting In February. Youth practices are twice weekly with games on Saturdays, High School games and practices are during the weekdays only.

For boys, we have 3rd/4th grade, 5th/6th grade, 7th/8th grade, and High School teams.

Youth girls, we have a 3rd/4th grade and a 5th/6th-grade team.

Player fees are, 3/4 $175, 5/6 $275, 7/8 $325, and High School $450. (Scholarships are available) early bird registration through November 16th.

We also have a co-ed, non-contact, K-2 program on Sundays in April and May ($80).


High School Boys Team :

Fall Practices and New Player Clinics 
Preseason practices and clinic are starting November 10th at Steve Cox Memorial Field, every Sunday at 9:30 am and Tuesday at 6:30 pm through December 8th. This is a great way to get fit, build skills and work with coaches in preparation for the spring season.

All boys in 9th - 12th grade are welcome even if they are not currently signed up.  


Spring Season 2020
Official practices will begin in late February and run through playoffs Memorial Day Weekend. The 1.5 hr practices are Monday – Friday and will be at Valley Ridge Community Center in SeaTac.


New Player equipment
New players will need a stick, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, mouth guard, cup and cleats. Helmets can be rented with a deposit or purchased. Contact the club for more details on gear, gear borrowing and scholarships (206) 605-9771. (We have equipment for clinics)



We need Volunteers!

Our organization is run solely by volunteers. We need some parents to volunteer to help with board positions. The board meets once per month for about 90 min. Tasks are assigned based upon position to work on outside of board meetings. Most work and communication is handled via email. Experience not necessary though some skills might be helpful for some positions (e.g. an accountant might make a good treasurer).
